You would be hard-pressed to find a more experienced and driven group of retirement plan consultants than we now have at Premier RPS. We have a career average of better than 25 years of industry experience as ERISA Consultants.

Premier RPS was founded in 2001 by Paul Hartwig, Dianna Ray and Michelle Siewell, and has now grown to a staff of about 15 including professional credentialed consultants, an ERISA attorney and career minded individuals. Our philosophy is simple... Provide you with personalized and reliable service in the establishment and ongoing administration of your retirement plan to ultimately help your employees retire!

Owners and Senior Consultants

Paul Hartwig, ERPA, QPA, QKA

Owner

I often say to those in my world, “I love what I do,” and what I do is work with employers and their retirement plans. After college at the University of Portland, where my major switched to mathematics from my original, music for both vocal and instrumental studies, I jumped into the retirement plan industry. It has been over 25 years now that I have enjoyed the opportunity to apply those math skills in servicing employers’ 401(k), profit sharing, defined benefit and 403(b) retirement plans. When I’m not working, spending time with friends and my dog Bettis take priority, and I try to never miss watching the Blazers and Steelers play.

Dianna Ray, QKA, RPA, GBA

Owner

I started my career in the retirement plan industry in Boise, ID as an Employee Benefit Specialist. In 1990 I moved to Portland, OR where I began work as a TPA. Then in 2001, Paul Hartwig, Michelle Siewell and I started our own firm where I currently act as managing plan consultant. I enjoy this role as it allows me the opportunity to mentor other consultants and keep my hands in the administration process. My own children are grown now, but I get to spend time with my three grandchildren and two adorable Papillons. I really try to maintain a healthy lifestyle which includes regular exercise and a fresh diet. I also love to travel whenever I can.

Michelle Siewell, QKA

Owner/Executive Plan Consultant

For over 20 years I have worked in the retirement plan industry. Over the course of that time, I have covered nearly every facet of 401(k), profit sharing and 403(b) plan administration, and I have become a credentialed professional in the field. Back in 2001, I took the leap with Paul and Dianna to help start up a new company where we would strive to be the best in our industry. I like to spend my time taking art classes, kayaking and reading historical romances, and with both of my daughters now grown, I actually have time to pursue my interests.

Darren Holsey, ERPA, APA, APR, QPA, QKC, QKA

Owner/Executive Plan Consultant

After graduating from Willamette University and spending a couple years teaching mathematics at Oregon State University while a graduate student, I married my sweetheart growing up and began a career in retirement plan administration in 1992. Professionally, I am now able to offer employers services in 401(k), profit sharing, defined benefit, 403(b) and employee stock ownership plans. I have been part of several focus groups, education and conference committees and a board member and President for the National Institute of Pension Administrators. Away from work, my wife, daughter and I are avid sports enthusiasts; from wakeboarding and waterskiing (which I also coach on the side and actively compete in nationally) to basketball, snowskiing, snowboarding, gymnastics, horseback riding and soccer.
